So you’ve learned how to catch a Pokémon in Pokémon GO but you find you’re running out of supplies and need to visit some Pokéstops or you want to capture even more gyms with your friends but where do you go?
There isn’t a map to find these things very easily just yet but in Niantic Lab’s other game, Ingress, there is a map where you can see all the portal in the world!
All the Pokéstops and gyms you see in the Pokémon GO world are from a selection of portals from Ingress, in the exact same location. However, not every single portal has been brought across to Pokémon GO but a very significant amount of them have been.
So how can you find this map? You can either ask a friend that plays Ingress who has probably memorized where all the local spots are and the best way to get around them, or you could download Ingress, pick a faction (choose wisely) and check out the Intel Map. Happy Hacking, and Train On!
