IFS August will be an at home event. There is no double AP or restock portal.This month we will travel virtually to the Beach for Sand Castle Day . Join us for our puzzle based in Santa Cruz, and Celebrate Summer with your Sand Castle or Beach theme item.To get a badge tick from Bay Area IFS, please complete both of the following:(1) Send in a single selfie/photo with 3 or more of the following:- yourself (or your household)- Ingress swag or scanner or a sign or note about IFS (optional printable)- August's official IFS date (August 6th)- a fact, item, or picture of a Sandcastle or a day at the Beach. If it's not clear what the relationship to Sand Castles or Beach is, add an extra message to the bot to help us out.buckets , trowels and sand rakes (and obvious sand castle contruction tools) will be accepted. We are planning to use hexagonal cropping, so please keep the import items for your pic within a relatively circularportion of your photo. (2) Upload start/end stats. No AP minimum required.** We will use a bot to collect the selfies, which will be used in a photo collage. Information will be provided at event time.Selfie Guidelines- If you include the date, it must be on a physical object, not edited onto the picture afterwards.- Stats and photos must be submitted before the end of the event. Reminders will be sent from the bot. There will be a grace period for one hour after the event for photos that need to be corrected. No other late photos or stats will be accepted.The follow activities will be available.
