Greetings, Houston agents (and beyond)!This October, our portal is the Children's Museum in honor of their Halloween Monster Mayhem event. Spooky monsters, scary stories, haunted portals, boooo!How to IFS (Virtually) in HTX:1) Click the "Register your RSVP for this event" link below and fill out the form. You will receive a confirmation email.2) On First Saturday, send a Telegram message saying "/start" to the Houston IFS Bot (@houstonifsbot), & follow the instructions to copy/paste your beginning agent stats.3) (*Optional) Join our zoom meeting and help us solve the portal passcode challenge! We'd love your help!5) You must recharge at least 10,000 XM during the event.6) You must send an Ingress-related selfie to the Houston IFS Bot.7) (*Optional) Feeling ambitious? October's stats competition include "Recharger" and "Translator." A scoreboard displayed after the event will show everyone who the very best agents are!8) Once the event ends, repeat the same copy/paste process as before to send your ending agent stats to the Houston IFS Bot.Houston's Virtual First Saturday runs during a two hour window of 10:00am - 12:00pm, CST (UTC -5). Starting agent stats may be submitted as soon as the Houston IFS Bot is live. Once you meet your individual requirements (selfies and the recharge minimum), you may submit your ending agent stats at any time. We expect everyone to submit their ending stats by 12:05pm at the latest! If you forget to turn in something, we will do our best to contact you through Telegram, but ultimately it is your responsibility.If you have questions, feel free to ask in the Houston IFS telegram chat, or reach out directly to Houston POC organizers @Binah or @Fahrvergnugrun.
