12：25　起点ポータルにて開会宣言
12：30　集合写真撮影　※規定条件に達しない場合は取り直し）

→12：40　集合写真作成予備時間　※ここでも規定条件に達しない場合、
会場不成立になり中止の場合があります。

②開始スタッツ送信
③暗号解読のためのメディア集め
④暗号解読　※未解読だと不成立になります
