Felicia Hajra-Lee is a XM Sensitive and the author of the Niantic Project: Ingress Novella, the Level 8 Novella and the Exotic Matters blog. She claims that she wrote NP:I, originally titled “An Exotic Matter”, was set to be published in 2009 and that the events of the book were written before they even occurred. Much like Tycho, she possess the ability to write events that may not have occurred yet or act as a window into events that would otherwise not be in the public eye.
